Nexamp's first project completed in the Orange & Rockland utility area, Wawayanda Solar is located on a 4-acre section of a larger 45-acre parcel of land that is primarily undisturbed wetlands and forest. The 2,300 solar panels that make up this project were carefully located in a previously cleared area to ensure maximum sustainability. This project enables subscribers to save money on their monthly electric bills while supporting the generation of clean energy for the local grid through Nexamp's Community Solar program.
