Peterman Solar, a 3.1 MW community solar farm in St. Anne, Illinois, is located just south of the Kankakee River and brings renewable energy to the area. Residents who get their electricity from ComEd can enroll in the Nexamp community solar program and realize savings on their annual electric expenses. This project features 5,184 bifacial solar modules and a tracker mounting system that allows the modules to follow the sun throughout the day to achieve maximum efficiency.
