Situated on the north side of downtown Oneonta, on the Hartwick College campus, Hawk Hill Solar occupies about 20 acres and generates 6.3 MW of renewable solar energy from its 10,776 domestically manufactured solar modules. Capable of meeting the power needs of almost 1,000 average households, this community solar farm serves customers of NYSEG and makes it possible for participants to save on their annual electric costs.
